Hello My Movievaures ! I hope you had a great week. Mine was exhausting, but what I relief to know that Mission: Impossible – fallout was released on theatres this weekend in the UK! And you know what ? Of course I’ve seen it !
You know, Mission: Impossible is the kind of movie you want to see because it is amazing, spectacular, funny and violent at the same time, and most of all because it is an escape from this very dark and complex world we live in.
This sixth film will not disappoint you if you’re looking for some adrenaline and a good laugh. So let me introduce you to, Mission: Impossible – fallout.
After a mission that went wrong for Ethan Hunt and his team in Berlin, they must do everything they can to prevent our world from destruction. I admit it, nothing very different from other Tom Cruise’s movies, but give it a chance, I think you’ll still love it.
Some old characters make their appearance for our great pleasure, and we can always count on our old friends Benji and Luther to make us laugh. Tom Cruise is still amazing, and I will even say more impressive than ever. The action scenes are just stunning and it is difficult to imagine that must of them were done by Tom himself! I know that is not something that I should take into account to describe the quality of a movie, but still, I’m really impressed. Not to mention Henry Cavill who does a great job as August Walker, a CIA agent as raw as he is unlikable.
The plot, as simple as it is, it’s enough to enter the story with ease and be entertained during the whole 2 hours and a half. I was really happy to see the team reunited once again to fight evil and to immerse ourselves in their principles and values worthy of the greatest heroes: respect for life, friendship, honor, and so on. The big and philosophical question during the whole movie is ” is it worth it to save one life over a million”? You can imagine that for Ethan Hunt the answer is not that easy, as I believe it should also be for everyone.
In a nutshell: if you already like this saga, you will love this last movie. If you’re new to this, first of all you need to see the other 5 movies before and then you’ll love it, unless you’re not looking for action and a simple dialogue. But if that is the case, why do you even want to see this movie?
That’s the end of my review on Mission: Impossible – Fallout. I hope you liked it ! I’ll see next time for another more unvonventional kind of review on The Movievaures. XOXO
